Great victory at Berlin (against Patty, for me, it was your best match of this year), but Montréal is the first.... All the best, Laurent

Ana: Thanks! It’s a very tough question. I’m not sure if I can say definitely, but I would lean more towards Berlin. In Montreal everything went perfectly for me, from the moment I arrived I had a great feeling. But in Berlin I had to overcome a lot more difficulties. I had these very tough matches against Schnyder and Kuznetsova, and I was a little bit injured in the final. So Berlin was a little bit more satisfying to win. Also I had never won a match there before this year!

Marko: Have you ever thought of becoming an actress some day? I think you could be a really great actress! I mean, you did fool everyone with that April's fools joke :)

Ana: Thanks! I’ve not thought about this, and I wouldn’t want to be an actress while I’m a tennis player. But making a movie in the future would be a lot of fun!

Anna: Hello Ana! Which holiday was you best holiday ever and how often do you go on holidays with you family and friends? Thanks

Ana: I had some great holidays to Greece when I was a kid. My family, we would visit Halkidiki each year. We always had such a good time. These days I don't have so much time for holidays. I usually have two of around five days per season. Hopefully at the end of this season I will have more time for a holiday.

Guigui: What do you do when it is raining during a tournament?

Ana: Usually I read a book, maybe play some Sudoku or backgammon in the locker room. It depends how heavy the rain is – if it’s obvious I won’t be playing for some time, I will often go to the player lounge and be with my team. If it rains during a match and we go back to the locker room, then I see my coach and we talk about how things have been going.

Hey Ana, did you buy yourself a present for reaching the top 10?

Ana: No, but after Paris I bought myself a new Louis Vuitton dress, but unfortunately it was stolen from my baggage on the way to Barcelona! I guess that's life!
