Kelli Smith, 39, walks along the Atlantic Ocean Thursday, July 5, 2007, in Brant Beach on Long Beach Island, N.J. Smith went into a residential treatment center for anorexia at age 31. Now, she is doing better and is trying to keep herself healthy. Health professionals and psychiatrists say there are a growing number of women in their 30s, 40s and 50s who are being treated for eating disorders, which can no longer be thought of as a teenage disease.
